As the national media continue to scream "the sky is falling". I can't help but think the fear that is created with potential buyers is sad. The way I see it... Real Estate Markets all over the country are having a HUGE SALE! If buyers think like big business owners think they would quickly realize that like stocks, real estate is better when bought at the lowest possible price. If you are a first time home buyer or you are looking to invest this is the perfect time to buy. If you have been watching the stock market you know that it has been dropping like a lead balloon. To someone who thinks like an employee they see it as time to run... To someone who thinks like big business thinks they know it's the best time to buy... What I am basically saying is... if you have every thought about owning your own home and your credit is in order, now is the best time to make it a reality. Interest rates are low, low, low! Property selection is high, high, high. Deals are everywhere. You simply need a knowledgeable real estate agent with his or her finger on the pulse of the market. I would love to see what everyone who reads this think.
